- Strengthen interministerial and institutional coordination in the development of the Lobito Corridor.
- Improve integration of local communities and SMEs into value chains and emerging opportunities.
- Promote structured financing and clear Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models.
- Enhance transparency, regulatory predictability, and corridor governance.

- Promote sustainable investment and regional connectivity, with a focus on the Lobito Corridor.
