Landy Church
The São Tiago Maior Church of Landana passed the national cultural heritage in July 2013. Founded in 1873 by Franciscan priests, it is considered the first mission of Catholic evangelization in the southern region of Africa. In 2018 heavy rains in the Cabinda region, they caused the collapse of part of the church, and their reconstruction expected in 2020 with funds available by the Angola government.
