On the occasion, the municipal administrator congratulated the owner's initiative for his ability to mobilize resources with a view to building the aforementioned project.
He considered the new hotel unit to be an added value for the municipality of Cabinda and the province in general, as it will minimize services in the hotel sector and create more jobs.
He added that the provincial government, aware of its responsibilities, will continue to support and encourage initiatives of this kind for the development of the region.
The infrastructure has capacity for 23 rooms, four of which are suites, 11 doubles and 8 singles, totaling 32 beds. It also has a meeting room with 50 seats, a beauty salon, a laundry room, an administrative area and a parking lot for 10 vehicles.
