In this case, we need a vehicle for the transfer service and we decided to opt for a taxi (tests conducted on similar routes).

Option 1 - Arriving at the airport and choosing a taxi on-site - It is chaotic as there are several proposals and attempts to convince the customer. We asked where the vehicles were and received one of three answers (it's here in the queue, it's in the airport parking lot, it's outside (outside the parking lot)).

We opted for the solution that gave us more confidence (the one that was in front of us in the queue, and the price presented was 5,000 kzs)

The trip went smoothly, although the vehicle was not in the best condition inside.

Option 2 - Opting for one of the taxi services with an app or a central booking system - Our research led us to 2 apps: Tleva and Heetch.

Android and iOS APP: Yes
Easy booking through the app: Easy on both
Punctuality: It did not deviate much from the estimated time
Notification that the vehicle has arrived: Both apps
Pickup at the airport entrance:

Tleva - Does not enter the airport parking lot due to fee

Heetch - Does not enter the airport parking lot due to fee

Price:

Tleva - Value assigned by the app, but we ended up paying 100 kzs less

Heetch - Value assigned by the app was the amount paid in the end

Vehicles: Both vehicles in good condition
Drivers: Friendly and helpful

Opinion: Both services are valid

City Transportation:

All our trips went well and in accordance with the example of the trip from the airport to the hotel
