Praia da Caotinha is one of the most beautiful in Benguela, a province recognized for its rich coastline with beaches of rare beauty. With very clear waters, it is a small beach with about 100m in length which is accessed bypassing Morro da Caota. It is very popular because it is located close to the city in relation to the others, it is also very visited for its beauty and for its well preserved nature.
It therefore has one of the highest concentrations of beauty per square meter: stunning due to the combination of rocks and the transparent waters that make it an excellent spot for lovers of diving and sport fishing. These are attributes that justify being one of the candidates for the Seven Natural Wonders of Angola.
You get to the beach bypassing Morro da Caota, an area well frequented and much visited for its beauty and well-preserved nature. It got its name because it displays a mystical landscape: the cliffs and cliffs around it give it great beauty, reminiscent of an Egyptian landscape.
The Blue beach, the name is justified by the color of the waters. Benguela is known for its beautiful beaches that intersect with natural hot springs, it is also highlighted for its rural landscapes and important attractions, such as national parks, historic buildings, churches and old forts, lighthouses, museums and other architectural monuments.
